BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF QINGDAO A&K FOODS COMPANY LAB

QINGDAO A&K FOODS CO., LTD. Lab which was established in April 2002, covers over 400 square meters, and investment climbs over several millions RMB. Now the 13 professional staffs in the lab have acquired “Qualified Certificate of Food Inspection Line”.

Now America Angile 5975 GC/MS, 6890N Gas Chromatograph, America Waters 2695 Liquid Chromatograph big instrument equipments are sitting in our lab; besides, there are over 50sets inspection equipment of Automatic Micro-Plate Reader, Water Analysis Spectrophotometers, and Japan constant temperature Thermostatic Water Bath, which can inspect the following items: over 180 kinds of pesticide residual, like, Organosphate, Organochlorine, Cycloprothrin; Antibiotics, Preservatives, Antioxidants etc., over 20 items; Several tens of physical & chemical normal items of water, ash, acid value, hydrogen value, Volatile Base Nitrogen, Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrite; microbe inspection items of Bacterial count, Coli forms, Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Salmonella Choleraesuis, Vibrio Parahaemolyticus(Vp), commercial sterilization etc.

Strictly conforming to ISO/IEC 17025:2005”Lab Inspection & Correction Certified Rules”, our lab has established and improved management system, and got approved by CNAS on Dec 2006.

In order to guarantee the concise of the inspection, the lab members often attend some capability verification & comparative tests sponsored by the related domestic bureaus at intervals; besides, they often get careful tuition of the professionals from KATOKICHI comprehensive center, and do technology cross communications & comparative tests regularly, by the consequence of which, their inspection skill much grows.
